FRONT DESK
This is a part time job. If you are outgoing, motivated, reliable and enthusiastic about the benefits of fitness and Pilates, AND can learn and sell the The Pilates Room products and packages, then you are our ideal candidate. You must also possess an understanding of the importance of client relations, and have a passion for working with people. We are looking for a team that will create such an exceptional experience for our clients that they will say “WOW!” when they leave, and want to come back again and again.
DUTIES:
• Sell the benefits of The Pilates Room Program to new clients;
• Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival and processing their payments;
• Assist in maintaining a professional front desk and reception area;
• Create an exceptional experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude;
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys;
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the studio's common areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Outgoing and Enjoy Sales
• Exceptional listening skills and ability to think on your feet
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff
• Must be professional, responsible and dependable
• Must be computer literate and a fast learner
• Taking initiative to help others is highly encouraged
• Able to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
• Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred
• Able to work flexible days and hours, especially weekends and evenings

FLEXIBLE HOURS:
Mondays - Fridays 8:30 to 10:30am / 11:30am to 1:30pm / 5 to 8pm
Saturdays - 9:30 to 11:30am
Sundays - 8:30 to 10:30
SALES
Looking for fitness enthusiasts wanting to work at home and earn commission on membership subscriptions. Must have a computer, be friendly, reliable, and excellent customer service skills. The Job requires some basic computer knowledge to schedule classes, sell memberships and follow up with clients. We will provide the clients list. Flexible hours, you make your schedule.
Training is provided.
